So, a few times this conversation, well truly outbrust from my daughter is, "mom your calves look fat". This time, was just a while ago, and I have been pretty diligent with my workouts and making amends toward gaining strength with them. I think they're big and I want more ability with them, (higher weight) but would like to lessen their size.
Q: Is there a way to lessen their size, but increase their ability of lifting higher weights?
