    Your pretty tall and can easily hold 230 but as you pointed out you need to tighten in the middle. Cardio and diet bro. I really am not a expert on clen or t-3 because for me I'm always trying to bulk. I'm quite a bit older than you but my opinion of cycles is less is always better. Less possible sides, less bloat, less harmful on the liver and a MUCH easier pct. I also am a big fan of running HCG throughout the cycle starting the second week in and up till pct begins.Since my next cycle will be light and for 12 weeks with hcg I feel I can use less drugs and less time for pct and it should work fine. Most folks go 4-6 weeks pct and I'm only planning on 24 days. But as I stated most folks cycles are way more than I prefer.It's interesting meeting people and if we can help each other that would be great. I would be curious where you got that bunk gear though? Like I said there are a zillion scammers and very few good ones. I like you read all the time.
