  • My lifts are squat 350, bench 225, deadlift 375

    my routine starts very high volume, with a lot of working sets between 80-90% and as my meet approaches I drop volume and increase intensity.

    I don't program for myself. I've been working with Josh Bryant for the last 6 weeks, so he has done all of my programming.
    I just posted my last routine on the thread I started. My routine usually takes at least 2 hours. A general rule of thumb for me, when doing any lift, is to finish with just as many reps and equal or more weight, no matter what. Between that and my strongman training, it makes sure that I don't plateau for long.
