    yes..I agree with you it is individual , I have abs all year round a little softened with bodyfat in the off season although I can still actually see the "6" pack thing and when I'm leaner off course they are extemle visible but funny enough my triceps come up last before a comp ?.xx

    I believe that the raw egg thing is just one of those old old myth things associated with the early bodybuilding era...back in the good old days they didn't have a whole lot of choices as to which/what/proteins to consume...thank goodness we've come along way scince then....xx

    Kidney problems?

    My husband is a competitive BB and has found out that he has a congenitve kidney disorder only recently . The kidney specialist firmly advised him to get off the creatine asap and all other supplements .

    Inital training you should not go too hard , but once she is conditioned to weights train qite hard to get the best results , but remember diet & cardio are an essential ingredient :)

    I love fullbody routines !!!! I do fullbod 3 times per week with 4 cardio sessions per week (40mins each) love it love it love it...xx :D

    I love it when people say OMG you don't look 41!!! I just train to stay personally motivated and to maintain a resonably good physique for a long long time !!!
