Anyone have any experience with authentic cheque drops?
I tried some a while back, seemed okay but by reports I have seen mine was hardly comparable.

This training cycle I haven't done any front squats
Just lots of back squats, a lot with the SSB squat bar and now moving back to the straight bar

Today was a good evaluation of where my training is. I really wanted 600lbs off the floor but I capped out at 550. Then I got stupid.
