i wasn't sure where to put this. if a mod knows a better forum, move it please.

i'm just looking for educated guesses from experienced people. all i have to go by is the little handheld thing at my gym. i've heard they aren't very accurate.

some info that may help:

i'm 42 yrs. old / 5'7" / 195lbs / waist - 34in. / chest - 50in. / arms - 16in.

yeah. the thing at the gym says different everytime i use it. it has said as low as 18% and as high as 23% and everything in between. i know it can't possible fluctuate like that.
 
so take 30 measures and calculate the average

devices that use bioelectrical impedance to measure body fat are not accurate at all, hydration levels drastically effect the test results.
