So I guess I haven't been following my intake that well lately, but in the past 4-5 weeks I've put on almost 10 lbs. That said, I'm convinced most of it is either good weight or water weight. I feel that I've still retained a lot of my previous definition, including some in my upper abs and delts.
I started on creatine a few weeks ago, so that could be part of it. Has anyone else experienced a dramatic weight gain while on creatine?
