I've just recently began weight lifting again because I wanna get "big" again not huge though just big. The problem is ive been reading around the internet a lot that running and playing basketball keeps you from gaining muscle mass fast. I weight lift 4 times a week 1 hour and I train different muscles everyday and I plan on doing cardio 2 times a week is that enough to help burn fat and not keep me from gaining maximum amount of muscle?
