New to the forum.....5'10", 210 lbs....44yo...been lifting for 25yrs...never competed...just love to lift heavy iron and challenge myself to push harder each training session....bodyfat approx9% as i usually eat clean....i'm looking forward to sharing info and learning from you guys..
