After reading a little about them, and asking LAM a little, I decided I`d give em a go and see if I would get a little more energy pre workout.
Arrived yesterday, and I thought I`d try it this morning.....woke up, threw back 2.5tblsp ( rec was three ) and then had a MRP as I was too tired to cook up some eggs.
20 minutes later had a little stomach ache.....40 minutes later, much worse..........1 hour later I was throwing up everywhere.....and squirting too This pretty much continued non stop for the next 2 to 3 hours......puke, shit, puke, shit.....sorry for the graphics.
I`m a little worried about being able to do deads the day after tomorrow as I`ve got DOMS in my glutes from squeezing the fuckers closed for an hour riding the train, only to once again begin the the puke, shit bit when I got off.
It`s 11:00pm now and so far I`ve only kept down 4 eggs and about 1L of water for the day....not even hungry either....just the thought of eating....
Guess I may start with 1 teaspoon next time and find out what my tolerance is.
