Hi everyone, I started lifting in the 1980 when I was a teenager. I've competed in grip strength contests, strongman, done judo & jujitsu, white water kayaked class IV, and I mtn bike whenever I can. Right now I'm getting ready for a local strongman contest here in Salisbury on Sept 25, 2010.
