Hello, Im at 22% bf atm 275-8lbs trying to get down to 15% bf or less im in the army and am curently in afganastan so my diet is going to very but im makeing the best of it. would like to here any advice you all have on how to get to where i need to be. I work out 6 days a week about a hour to a hour 1/2 of lifting and then end with 20-30 min cardio. Was doing the eat something every 3 hours thing but heard is not a good way to drop the lbs. I have a shake when i wake up ,before i goto the gym and before i goto bed. I also have a cycle of t3/clen here with me but it was recomended that i wait tell i get down to 15% bf before i cycle. Thats about it would love to here input thank you.
