Ok I used to incorporate two protein shakes a day into my meal plan. They would normally contain 2 cups of milk, two scoop ON whey, a banana, cup of oats. Very good nutritionally and great for meeting my macros when bulking.

Now for some reason it seems I have become intollerant of milk which is a pain in the arse. Real bad gas and other symptoms. So I am going to have to run my shakes with water. But what can I add that will bring the calories back up and same sort of macros?

Peanut butter?
Flax Seed Oil?
Olive Oil?

Any ideas. Really miss my milk....
 
after looking around for Built....


Olive oil. 1 tablespoon is about 120 calories (13.5g fat). Great for supporting testosterone production.
 
Cool thanks M11. So two tablespoons is 240 cals with some healthy fats. Just hope that amount of oil wont give me the squirts...will give it a go!
