Recommendations!

Whats up all!

New to the forum here so bare with me . I read all the threads here about Naps and it seems to me that they are a very reputable source that delivers. What I wanted to know from some of you who have had experience with them have they ever not delivered? (ex: they ship first package, seized by customs, they reship package, seized again by customs, no more packages shipped)

Also do any of you guys reside in California? I tried with some other sources and they said they don't ship to California due to customs issues. Forgive me if I'm wrong but I thought customs was for international deliveries and doesn't vary from state to state. Anyways any successful California shipments here?

Yes customs is an international all around the country thing not state by state.
