I found this interesting, how do you prosecute and sentence someone who will never be in the USA, way to go DEA and look like idiots.

they enter a judgement against them and take any assets worth the amount of the fine thats in the usa

They gave this guy 5 years probation when he is in china but his remailer got 30 months in jail. Stupid if you ask me that they even tried to prosecute this guy while he was in china and china wouldnt send him here either.
