most of the supplement is geared towards the recovery stages, but more packed than whey. It has Scott Connely behind the brand, fairly new on the market. Seems to work pretty well so far. Anyone else tried it?

I can not speak to how affective there products are. But I do know that Dr. Connely did devlope the original protein formula for them and it has since been changed. I belive he is no longer involved with Progenex, but they still use his name.
