I weigh 222 lbs, 6 feet, not sure about fat %,between 15-20%.
i am trying to bulk.
i eat 3500 calories /day. 50% protein, 20% carbs, 30%fat. once or twice cheats per week.
i got a dilema. i dont understand how will i know, the right amount of calories is for me .should i keep on increasing calories every couple of weeks? decrease calories? should i leave at present level.
