just wanted to say hello.. i am jumping back in the saddle after a 4 year break.. i was a member of fitnessgeared... thought i would get back to the forums.. and relearn the ins and outs of the game.. and get some input from you guys.. i have learned a great deal through discussion boards and thats why im back.. right now im just trying to figure out what kinda cycle i want to run..i am thinking something simple for mass.. probably a test/deca cycle or something to that effect.. hope everyone has a great christmas!!!!
