is it alright to run right after lifting weights?
like 10 mins 50% speed?
because lately i have been packing on some mass but i noticed some loss in my size due to my running
but I was told I should do interval running instead of a 10 min run right after weights?
what does everyone suggest?
I basically want to cut body fat and be defined for the summer I want to have a 6 pack but I just a 4 pack and some obliques but some layer of fat covering it up from really showing.
anyone have advice on if i should do interval running after weights or stairs 10 mins? or am i going about this the wrong way?
