I am not new to the site, but this is my first time posting. I am gearing up to do a figure competition in June. I definitely would like to become leaner and build my legs. I haven't done a show in about a year. I've been told by the judges in previous shows that my upper body is great, but I really need to work on the lower body. I can do this!!! Any information that you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I am also looking for suggested meal plans....I know the diet is very important.
