Arimidex IGF-1

Ive been reading that Arimidex might decrease IGF-1 levels by 12%. Actually I thought this is weird because the whole reason that I chose adex over nolva is because nolva does decrease igf levels, and supposedly adex doesnt. Anyone has any idea what effect Adex really has on IGF-1 levels?

I was always under the impression that adex lowers IGF and that aromasin raised it. I'm not 100% as I can't find the study. I have seen a study though that showed letrozole raised it.

Yeah Ive heard letro raises it. But its the circulating level of IGF relevant in muscle building??? Would you say that adex might hinder gains???
