just looking for some advice on my new routine:

bench 4 x 5-7
military press 4 x 5-7
french press 3 x 5-7
day 2
rest
day 3
romanian deadlift 4 x 5-7
pull up 4 sets as many as i can do
db row 4 x 5-7
db hammer 3 x 5-7
day 4
rest
day 5
repeat from day 1
day 6 rest
day 7
repeat day 2
etc
focusing on heavy weights in the 5-7 range, lots of compound movements and each muscle group trained every 4 days. natural lifter about 11 stone, 5 foot 9 with about 13% bf.
