Alright, we are getting more and more of these issues in support, so here's a notice...
First off, when you order, don't make up a fake name, if it's registered, you may not be able to collect it and it will be lost. When you pay, don't make up a fake name, if there is an issue and you need to change something or get a refund, you will probably need to verify the name you used, if you can't, the money will be lost.
Addresses. There's already a sticky on this, but it's still a problem. When you are creating your order, it prompts you to pick a shipping address, you can either go with one already there, or you can opt to enter a new one. Either way, the decision needs to be made WHILE CREATING THE ORDER... not after you've paid and suddenly realize you moved from that address 7 months ago. And when you enter the address, take the time to make sure it's correct, then after the order is submitted, go back, view it in your account, and make sure that that the shipping address is correct. Double check it. This is very simple, takes 2 minutes to do. DO IT BEFORE YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT. We have people leaving off their zip codes, street numbers, putting the wrong state etc etc, then after it ships, they write in and suddenly it's our fault. You are responsible for entering and double checking your address, not us.
And another delivery problem we have comes from people ordering to a "friend's" house, or to a place where they have roomates or a wife, and they never tell them the package is coming and then it gets there and is declined and is subsequently lost. Then some order in a fake name to a place they don't even live, poor communication and a name nobody has seen before leads to it being refused, not collected, sent back (lost)... and suddenly we should assume responsibility for this and send another one. Not the way it works.
This obviously doesn't apply to 99% of our customers who use common sense, but it seems as if there are a few out there who need to read it.
