fri am - 20 min cardio before eating
fri pm - back. tri.'s
sat afternno - quads, traps
Diet ??? 2600-3300 cal/day 20-40 fat/day 60-80 carbs/day 180-220 protein/day ??? and all my vitamins /aminos
