SF yogurt

I've heard a few people mention SF yogurt but cannot find one in my grocery store. Can you give me the brand please

Astro plain yogurt does not contain any sugar.

In Canada...you can get sugar-free, fat-free yogurt made by Astro and Silohoute (spelling?). Also, most plain yogurts contain no added sugars.

No added sugars does not mean no sugars. If you are following a beverly type diet yogurt is a no-no, because of the lactose.

True...you're not looking for a sugar-free yogurt since all yogurts contain milk sugars...but you can find ff yogurts with no added sugars.
