What is everyones top 3 favourite and top 3 least favourite exercises?

You've probably seen alot of topics like this in other forums, but i ain't! Plus, it would be a good feature to have in this forum and would also let each other get a better idea of one another. I would like everyone who reads this post to reply please. Lets try and get every registered memeber on this board on here at least once!

Mine are:

Favourite 3 (in order)
1: Deadlifts
2: Barbell/EZ bar curls
3: Rope pressdowns

Least favourite 3 (in order)
1: Squats
2: any excercise directly involving hamstrings
3: Any form of sit-ups

Right! Now whats everyone else's?

This is a tough one because I have so many favorites but here goes.

Any kind of abdominal work

I hear you all with the 'good pain', as paradoxical as that is! it's like squats: There's a fuggin heavy bar across your traps and it really fricking hurts as it crushes your spinal cord...but it feels good!

I also agree with the love/hate aspect of squats i.e. I love to do them but i dread the prospect of them...hmmmm...now that i think of it...i don't really like to do them at all! I don't know why i put that i did! Oh well...Such is life!...

I DON'T HATE ANY EXERCISE THAT ENHANCES MY BODY AND MY TRAINING. I LOVE ALL WORTH WHILE EXERCISE. BUT I HATE WASTEING MY TIME WITH USE LESS EXERCISES.
