This stuff is amazing it makes me feel like 19 again and I am 54.
The first 3 days I took 1 per day and noticed nothing more than easy and more erections.
The last 2 days I took 2 a day. I get hard when the wind blows but the best part is my work out.
Way better concentration on the lifts.
I decreased wights and worked on form and increased reps.
The pumps are insane and energy is insane.
Worked out for 30 minutes and stopped for a while cause pumps were getting in the way of my range of motion.
