Diet
hormone level
Birth Control pills
Cosmetics
Hot weather
Take a diet rich in proteins but restricted in sugar, fluids and salt.
Drink plenty of water, Avoid sugar, chocolate, and junk food.
Use hot water when washing your face.
Keep your skin clean.

Hi guys! I want to share here the causes of oily skin by the diets we take. There is a greater chance for getting oily or dry skin when our diet is not properly balanced with macro and micro nutrients.
