Oh I do the squats, just HATE them because I always feel sick from doing them. I eat plenty to ensure my body has alot of fuel for the squats but as I feel stronger in the legs, I challenge myself more and feel like crap.
Have you ever felt like throwing up and can't run or walk anyplace because your legs are SCREAMING for relief;
