First Test E Cycle. Thoughts?

A bit of background first.

I'll be 23 when I start the cycle
Been training for almost two years. 4-5 days week.
5' 10"
128lbs first day in the gym
172lbs As of a week ago.

Bench: 250lbs
Squat: 315lbs
Deadlift: 315lbs

Cycle will be as follows

Week 1: 250mg Test E, Nolva 20mg ED
Week 2: 250mg Test E, Nolva 20mg ED
Week 3: 250mg Test E, Nolva 20mg ED
Week 4: 250mg Test E, Nolva 20mg ED
Week 5 250mg Test E, 20mg Nolva ED
Week 6: 500mg Test E, 20mg Nolva ED
Week 7: 500mg Test E, 20mg Nolva ED
Week 8: 500mg Test E, 20mg Nolva ED
Week 9: 500mg Test E, 20mg Nolva ED
Week 10: 500mg Test E, 20mg Nolva ED
Week 11: 500mg Test E, 20mg Nolva ED

Two week break after last injection.......

I have a VERY small amount of gyno left over from puberty. Its only a bit of fat behind the nipple and after showering its not noticeable at all. Because of that I want to make sure estrogen is under control at all times during the cycle. I'll also be seeing a doctor to get blood tests before, during, and twice after the cycle. Will fully disclose what my intentions are.

Supplements being used
-Liv. 52
-Fish Oils (6 caps per day)
-Creatine
-Protein
-Animal Rage Preworkout
-Xtend BCAA
-I can get access to Accutane if necessary
-Saw Palmetto (blood pressure)

Diet is well in check. 2-3 protein shakes a day, and 5-6 Solid meals containing carbs, fat and protein.

Any suggestions on this cycle? My PCT came after reading the handbook "Anabolics 9th Edition"

Run Test E @ 500 mg a week from week 1. Throw Nolva in the garbage and get Arimidex or Aromasin.
PCT 2 weeks after last pin:
Week 1 - 100 mg Clomid, Arimidex 0.5 mg /eod or Aromasin 25 mg /d
Week 2 - 50 mg Clomid, Arimidex 0.5 mg /eod or Aromasin 25 mg /d
Week 3-4 - 50 mg Clomid, Arimidex 0.5 mg /eod or Aromasin 12.5 mg /d

You can start HCG from week 1 of the cycle @ 500IU every 5th day and not use it in PCT.

I have gyno from puberty also. Nolvadex wont protect you from gyno because it only blocks estrogen receptors, but estrogen will still be in your body and when you come off Nolvadex...it would be like a flood of estrogen.
Because of that get some Arimidex or Aromasin.
And for blood tests, is a good thing to get them, but don't need to be paranoid, since your cycle is mild. Get blood test only after cycle.

-Liv 52 - no need
-Fish Oil - awesome
-Creatine - take it 5g 45 min before training and 5g after training with your protein shake.
-Protein - 1.5 scoop after training with 5g creatine and some carbs (30-45g of dextrose or maltodextrin or waxy maize)
-Animal Rage - it's useless. Buy more food.
-Xtend - is OK. But I would save it for after cycle and take it before and after workout.
-Saw Palmetto - no need

I wouldn't throw the nolva in the garbage lol, but yes you do need arimidex or aromasin on cycle. Keep the nolva just in case your AI dose isn't just right and your gyno starts to flare up. This must be the pubertal gyno crew because I have it too lmao, and nolva really does work great as backup control. Also there's no reason for both clomid and nolva in pct. Swap out the nolva for aromasin. If you use arimidex during pct you risk estrogen rebound when you come off which can give you gyno and will also activate the negative feedback loop lowering your test production. Like wolf said though run the test @ 500mg from day one, split your dosage into two injections of 250mg per week.


If you're really super paranoid about the gyno you can run the nolva at 10mg ED during the cycle, I don't think you will need it though and it lowers igf-1 levels which can affect your gains. Also another reason not to use it during pct, clomid is superior for recovery anyway. But you should definitely not use the hcg during pct, only on cycle.
