whats the best time of the day to take anadrol?

I've heard to split doses during the day, and I've also heard to take it all 1 hour prior to workout. I will be dosing 50-100mg for 4-6 weeks......Whats your input?

I would split it 2x a day since active life is a less than 16 hours.

I train in the AM, so I take one dose 1 hour prior to lifting, and the other 12 hours or so later.
