I've noticed that when working out the day after a no carb day my workouts suck unless it's later in the day and I've gotten a few meals in. If it's after just the first meal I feel like garbage.
So here's what I'm wondering...
Let's say a typical three days look something this:
Sat - Low Carb
Sun - No Carb
Mon - High Carb and workout day
Is there any reason I couldn't arrange it like this?...
Fri PM/Sat AM - Low Carb
Sat PM/Sun AM- No Carb
Sun PM/ Mon AM - High Carb and workout day
Having Sunday night and Monday morning as high carb would boost my glycogen stores in time for my workout on Monday. Any thoughts on this?
