An old friend of mine and I were talking about fitness a few months ago. He was a big guy back in the day, played D2 football, powerlifted, bodybuilded and all that. Anyway we were talking about getting back in shape but not wanting to be huge anymore because all the people who live long lives are skinny people.

I doubt body weight has anything to do with Alzheimer???s disease, but I do know one thing, I don't ever see 300lb 90 year old people walking around. :thinking:
