First Cycle Test E only - keep getting conflicting info, even from stickies..

week 1 front load 500mg x 2
balance of cycle (8-10)weeks 250mg x 2 per week
arimidex .5mg x 2 per week (take when pinning) -
when do i stop the adex, at end of cycle, or take all the way through cycle, and through PCT to the end...(this counts taking if for the two weeks after my last pin before starting the Nova)
