Animal Study: boldenone damage kidneys

Boldenone is perhaps not such a mild anabolic as the manuals say, suggested a recent Egyptian animal study in which boldenone undecylenate-damaged liver. Soon, the same researchers published an animal study boldenone in which the kidneys are affected.
The researchers injected rabbits with olive oil [G1], or gave them once [G2], two-time [G3] or three-time [G4] injection with 5-mg boldenone
undecylenate per kg body weight. After the last injection, the Egyptians studied the kidneys of rabbits.
Between the injections were 3 weeks. That will surprise steroids users, because they use boldenone- undecylenate usually weekly. The Egyptians were, however, argue that boldenone undecylenate-long stays in the body. Undecylenate is a 'slow' ester. Doping hunters can use boldenone undecylenate-sometimes up to eighteen months after a course has to prove.
The kidneys consist of glomeruli. You see a glomerulus below. The glomeruli filter waste substances from specialized cells in the blood, so the body can excrete in the urine.
There are indications that steroids can affect the glomeruli. One theory is that the muscle amps the glomerular endothelial cell damage. These cells can be found on the inside of blood vessels. The damage slip proteins from the blood in the glomeruli. That there can not handle it, and there may be a manner of speaking by clogged. In the worst cases the kidneys become inflamed hit and die.
The researchers found the rabbits in their predicted effects. They saw that the injections of boldenone-undecylenate the size of the glomeruli [RGD] narrowed, and blood vessels in the glomeruli damage. Doctors speak of glomerulosclerosis .

The researchers also measured elevated levels of CD34 protein in the kidneys of the animals that had received boldenone. The more CD34 you find in kidney cells, the greater the damage to glomerular endothelial cells .
"Using boldenone while preparing for a bodybuilding contest may cause an alteration in the biochemical parameters and the Histological structure of the kidneys," write the Egyptians. " These Findings suggest That Misuse of the growth promoter boldenone undecylenate, may contribute to the occurrence of a chronic renal injury That may lead to a progressive renal failure."
