Any got any ideas?

Last 2 weeks when im working out and pushing it hard, i get twitches around my eyes, not a small one like sometimes most people get, but several around each eye. Its a really overwhelming feeling.

I also come home with my arms shaking when im doing upper, legs a little when im doing legs but nowhere near as much.

But this eye twitching is really strange, and about 30mins-2hours later is just goes away

Just curious if anyone here has had same thing happen?

Yeah I get em also , I also get muscle twitches in all my muscle . I have been too 2-3 doctors , blood work ect... Not one of them could explain this , still have them to this day. They started in 04. The one thing I can say that really gets them going is caffeine.

i guess this explains it, theyve got alot worse in the last few weeks after i started on the caffeine tablets to stop the sugar loaded energy drinks.

No problem man , yeah goggle side effects on caffeine. If there is no other underlying condition. Then it's most likely an over dose as this is one side. But dont jus take my word for it, there are tons of study's on this subject .

i cant have a stroke or heart attack, im on ultra high doses of anti-coagulants already lol
