need you advise on dosing milk thistle .
i founded 250 mg. caps and 1000 mg. caps
so if im running 50mg of dbol a day what dose you suggest.
last time i run polish methanabol i stopped after 4Th week. i know liver not supposed to hurt but it sure felt like.
