oral tabs ?

How do you take your tabs? swallow them chew them before or just let disovle in your mouth? is one method of delivery better then the other !

I just swallow them.. Unless I miss my timing on a pre workout dose.. then I'll chew it to get it absorbed faster.

This^, either way I do not believe there is a huge change. I can eat a viagra (chewing) or swallow dont notice a huge difference same with Dbol, but it make since if you chew it then would absorb quicker.

I always like to chew up a dbol or two pre-workout while I'm on, don't know why I just do.

I just swallow them. If I`m taking caps I will sometimes put them in a shake.
