would anyone recommend or not to eat coldcuts as part of their nutrition plan?.....it seems alot easier to just put some pre-sliced meat on bread and call it a meal BUT not sure if it's something to even consider.....ex: boars head low-sodium ham w/ tomatoes, onions on whole wheat bread.....

Turn it over and look at EVERY single ingredient. You'd be surprised...

I believe certain boars head products, like the oven gold chicken breast (might be wrong about that exact one) are straight up chicken/turkey breast with no chemicals/seasonings. I would think those would be fine. Anyone else?

The better brands are low in junk. Make sure to check the label. If what you're seeing is highly natural, and close to just the meat (with little in the way of nitrates and preservatives added), then you're good to go.

Making your own meat and putting it in sandwiches will be cheaper in the long run though.
