So i've became a book freak over the last 2 weeks and not by choice. It's do or die basically and will determine an outcome that will change my life forever. However, shit has happened on the side that has made studying hard and now it's extremely stressful. Aside from drugs, what are things that calm you? I haven't seen anyone besides people within my household in the last 2 weeks, nor done anything because I have had to learn a whole class in 2 weeks that I didn't understand until now. I've gotten little sleep, and I'm 1 day away from the final. I plan tomorrow to get coffee with a friend to get out some of the stress but what are some of the things you people do in this type of situation while at home for 10-15 minutes for a "break"?
