So yeah yeah our bodies are a temple... We ALWAYS do cardio and we ALWAYS eat clean... Well my friends i fell off the wagon hard this weekend.. I dunno what happened but for the past week i have been feeling burnt out.. No motivation and I was starving for something badd LOL .. I was craving sweets.. I have never even liked sweets.. Long story short i ate like a pig this weekend and didnt go to the gym.. I drank and ate burgers, ice cream candy bars WTF.. Oh well after a little self loathing im ready to punish myself in the gym for my sins :) .. Not sure why im posting my fail for the week.. i think i just needed to get it off my chest LOL.. We are human after all i guess... VE

Yes, you are human, like the rest of us. But that doesn`t excuse you from being severely reprimanded and punished. You are to send all of your gear to me(pm for address) and no gear for you for one month.

Well bro trust me your not alone. If someone says the dont cheat someway somehow ever once in a while then I say they arent telling the entire truth or they are rocks. Its fine to fall off ever once in a while. I do. Its when it becomes a habbit that you gota be concerned. Took alot of guts to admit you did cheat. Now move on and put it behind you my friend... Oh and dont do it again! lol

You probably needed a refeed carb load. Next time steer clear of fats and eat as many carbs as possible for one day. Beer is a carb also =)

Missing 6-7 days of training is no biggie every 2-3 months.

You have to indulge like this every once in a while or you will go crazy. Your metabolism probably revved up during your cheating because it wasnt used to this behavior. You should see how sloppy some pro bodybuilders gorge, it would probably make your episode look busch league. Look at Ronnie Coleman, I think he said something like don't be made at yourself because you at that burger, be mad at yourself because you didn't have two.
 
I think Heavy was right... Just got back from the gym and my strength was wayyy up again.

Well actually since you asked.. Lol.. I was inspired by the thread you started earlier.. And did a lil suspension/cialis cocktail this weekend.. I had a great time.. Though the tren with the late night carbs and cardio session had me SOAKED.. I was pouring.. At one point the wife had to tell me i needed to be on the bottom or get behind her because i was dripping all over her face :) ... VE

I agree, our bodies do let us know when they are lacking nutrients... specially if doing a low carb or casrb cycling diet.. it's really no big deal, just make better choices next time, u can still carb up without racking your progress.

I have noticed that I can eat a TON of pussy and never gain weight. Must be a metabolism thing ..........

OK so after binging this weekend i feel GREAT.. Heavy was def right... HMMMMM imagine that. Strength is back up and i feel full again.. People at the gym were commenting how it looked like i grew since the last time they saw me.. Which was three days ago :) .. So i'll chalk it up as a carb reload... VE
 
Every one needs to slip sometimes. I just happen to slip every week.
