Some questions before I start my cycle...

Hi, I'm getting my things ready for my test e cycle but I have some questions left.

I wil take Arimidex during my cycle but do I start to take it after my first injection or do I wait a few days?
If I inject my quad will a 0.6X30mm needle be a good choice and is it ok if I use a 1.2X40mm needle to take it out of the vail/ampul?
