Our trainer generally has us doing within a 30 minute session, 8 exercises x 2sets each with 15 to 20 reps. Probably more of a circuit training routine.
I go pretty hard (for me) and push myself to exhaust my muscles groups. Heart rate rises, and if I'm not sipping gatorade or powerade, my sugar starts crashing. Even then I can still crash pretty hard.
There is no telling where my true sugar levels really are when downing the gatorade, its more a weakness/shakiness feeling that comes over me.
In fact the times I have gone with only water, I have/had dizzy spells.
Trying to balance things, and was wondering if something better (diet/nutrition wise) other than gatorade would be better combination (bananna, blue berries, gel).
Guess I should start testing myself in between workouts.
