I have had 3 shoulder surgeries (separated shoulder) in 12 weeks - for some reason or another something went wrong. This last one isn't excellent, but I'm healing up now and I need to pass the Cooper Standard test in about 3 months. My biggest issue is the sit-ups - in shape I was short by about 8 and now after off for 6 months I can't imagine. I'm debating doing a TRT cycle - something to boost me so I can pass this test. I have to pass at 50 percent in order to get in where I need to.
Any suggestions on a routine and TRT cycle?
