Hi all. I'm a french guy who is training since April 2011, with a french method which only uses bodywheight as resistance, and which is very similar to the " 4 x mass training" method. I'm new here and wanted to post some of my pics to get some advices which could help me getting better.
I started at 68kg for 1m77, not lean, not fat. Here is the picture
After one year of bulking, i gained 12 kilos and went up to 79 kg for 1 m 77 and 39.5 cm of arms. Even if i tried to do a clean bulk , i've gained fat, especially in my ass and around my hips. I think the fact that i was overweight when i was young, helped me to gain this fat.
i went from 100 cm for pecs circonference to 111 cm.
here is the picture a 79.5 kg.
Now i've been cutting since 4 month, slowly and dropped to 74.5 kg. I lost 5 cm on my hips , 1 cm on my arm and 2 cm on my pecs.
I have still fat around hips and i'm not really lean, but i think not really fat too. Don't know my bf % ( if someone have an idea, he can tell me.)
