Elbow Injury????

Hello Everyone,
I was performing deadlifts about 4 weeks ago and noticed a sudden pain in my elbow, it is still very sore and stiff. The pain goes all the way down forearm and a little in the fingers. Like I said it has been nearly 4 weeks now and have not really seen any improvement. I think it is probably time for X-rays.
Anyway, has anyone dealt with anything similar???

not like that, i had my left tri.tendon tear off the elbow and reatached with screws.My right elbow has developed bone spurs.
