Hey CK: I am an oldschool former Powerlifter and lifted with a "team" in Maryland at 185. My proud moments are shaking hands with Don Reinhoudt and Larry Pacifico. I switched to general bodybuilding a number of years back and there is nothing like powerlifting to build a super foundation and strength. You look fantastic and I hope your lifts go up and up, as I'm sure they will. All the best. Burrn
