Obviously High Protein Low carb. Just seeing what you guy's favorite diet plan looks like. Have done varieties and I guess just looking for something new. So for anyone bored post up your weekly diet plan that was your fav, or currently running. Whatever you got the best lean gains off of. TIA.
currently on 2200 cals cuting 25% carbs 40% protien 35% Fat on low carbs on my high carb days I keep same cals just change macros around to 55% carbs 30% protien 15% fat
