Will be logging these two! Started dose yesterday and looking forward to seeing what they can do. Here is current log for today.

Been feeling really good and oh man freaking pumped today!! Hit up chest at gym, then went to track in dead heat and did mile.
Chest:

incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 10 warm up 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 6, 225 lbs x 4, 245 lbs x 2

incline db press: 60 lbs x 8.8,8

smith machine flat press: 185 lbs x 8,8,6

pec deck: 125 lbs x 8,8,8
 
Had to be in at 5:30 am and good night I had maybe 4 hrs or close to 3 hrs sleep. I had the most unreal energy today all day and felt like I could lift a truck. Hit up 1 mile at the track after back workout. It's so hot that you sweat just coming out of my truck.

Back:

wide grip pull downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

machine rows: 100 lbs x 12,10,10

db rows: 55 lbs x 8,8,8

reverse lat machine pull downs: 150 lbs x 8, 135 lbs x 8, 6

face pulls: 110 lbs x 10,10

trap bar dead lifts: 185 lbs x 8, 8, 8
 
Had a blast tricep day with cardio following at the track in about 90 degree weather. Thus after being at work acting as a paramedic in today's exercise transporting victims back in forth through the heat lol. I'm feeling really pumped and loving it.

Ok so today was like the last several! I couldn't wait til hit the gym and wanted to go back hrs later. I don't want this feeling to ever stop! Hit up shoulders today and felt pump the entire time.

Shoulders:

Lat Machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10, 150 lbs x 8,8

db presses: 55 lbs x 8,8,8

db shrugs: 60 lbs x 10,10,10

side db lateral raises: 15 lbs x 10,10,10

cable machine upright rows: 80 lbs x 10, 100 lbs x 10,10

rear delt flyes: 75 lbs x 10, 100 lbs x 10,10

behind the neck pull downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

Took couple days off. Boys took me to see the new Super man movie Sunday!! Wicked movie imo. Today hit chest.

Goodnight being away from the gym for a week kills your mood lol. I was so sore today but finally managed to hit gym for some back. I will hit up biceps or tri's tomorrow. Baby Evan is doing great eating and zzzzz "ahh the life of a baby"!

Today felt good but still out of the loop from days off with the baby. Thing that's bother me is that damn pain in the elbows and forearms when doing biceps only. I manage to still hit a good one up and pushed through it.

Crap you got me lol Yeah bro I do train legs just not as much as I need too. I play softball and try not to over kill them during season. I get a lot of crap from friends bc they tell me you do not need to train legs Tommy!! That's only bc I have 18.5 inch calves lol. I will be hitting them this week and once a week from now on brother!!!

Yeah bro I ended up buying another pryo bottle stuff is wicked. I also got me some DMZ to run next. I haven't found a single IML product that didn't work.

Oh man I remember why I don't train legs much lol it hurts so damn bad but feels oh soo good! I have got to make a self note to really stretch legs next time!!!

leg press: 4 plates x 10, 8, 6 plates x 6

hack squat machine: 90 lbs x 12, 120 lbs x 10,8
 
I hit up cardio today at gym since we have tons of rain down here in bama! lol Treadmill 36 minutes 1.96 miles the sauna. I have 12 days left on this ride and hoping next week I break some pr's!!

Starting weight was 238 down today to 226.5 I'm sweating a lot more too. Just with this new baby I'm trying to make more time to add as much cardio in.
 
Looks like a solid run so far. Never seen the two of these stacked before but it's bound to be a stout combo.
 
I love it no lie I've always like IML supps but in 3 yrs of logging this may be my best ever combo. I'm almost done with it but my strength and especially on incline bench has been wicked. Pyro is strong shit.
