Have a gym buddy, down 100 lbs over the last year. He's stuck at 20%. Bf. His diet seems solid, eats very clean, high protein, tdee-1000 cals a day. He trains hard and has put on muscle while losing weight. He wants to run a 12 week cycle of test e 500 mgs a week and eat at 2500 cals a day, his tdee is around 3000 in an attempt to lose 20-30 lbs. I tell him to hold off til he gets down around 15%, but he is frustrated because he is having a hard time losing weight at this point. Will this be a waste of time for him, or will a good diet and workout ethic work for him?
